Welcome to UVic Music Education’s Largest Community-Engaged Event!

BandFest is non-competitive concert band festival that occurs annually at the University of Victoria. This year will be BandFest’s 37th Anniversary and we are once again excited to welcome Elementary, Middle School, Junior and Senior Secondary School bands from across Canada and the United States to our beautiful campus where they will perform on our stage and receive an adjudication/workshop from one of the finest wind band conductors/adjudicators in Canada and the US. Then mail in your $350 CAD registration fee (cheque payable to the University of Victoria) to:

All registrations will be reviewed upon receipt of payment. Preference of performance time will be given to a) those who travel the furthest and b) those whose payment was postmarked the earliest. Acceptance packages will be sent out to directors in late December 2021/early January 2022.
